The seller appoints one agent for up to 60 days, after which the agreement can be renewed. We recommend this method of sale as only one agency is totally responsible for selling the property. Also, one agency only has a key to your property and only that agency is present at all times for all inspections. One agency knows exactly what happens and can give you detailed reports of everything you should know about the progress of your sale.
