Applying For Tenancy

If you are wanting to apply for one of our properties please download the PDF file of our tenancy application, this will then need to be brought into our office so that we can obtain copies of your identification and supporting documents.

In most instances, we are able to process your application within 48 hours and advise you by telephone. If we are unable to contact all your referees, this process may take longer.

If your application is approved, we will require you to return to our office within 24 hours of approval to pay a deposit which is equal to the first weeks rent. Personal cheques will not be accepted when paying any initial monies or when paying the bond. The property will not be secured for you until this money is paid to our office.
